HELLO? Anyone out there? Yes, it's me, still alive somehow.

Been terribly sick for about three weeks - again. Spent a good 2/3 of my time in bed. Think I've lost about 10 pounds from not eating. Why is it that I can only manage to lose weight when I'm ill? *sigh* I've been trying to keep up w/ classes. My profs and TAs have been really understanding, especially since that one time I showed up to office hours and just about collapsed because of how much energy I expended climbing one flight of stairs.

Anyway, just a heads-up that I have not dropped off the face of the earth, nor have I been purposely ignoring you all.

Sometimes in the wee hours of the morning, I get this mad urge to run around my dorm and write funny quotes, random phrases, and silly pick-up lines on everyone's doors. Almost did it last night, actually.

Definitely started typing this up about four hours ago. No idea what I was going to say next.

Ah, well.

So, um, I've been pretty craptastic with the posting lately, haven't I? MEA CULPA, MY BAD, etc. First no wifi at home, then I came back to school - YAY - but I've been SUPER BUSY, like you would not believe. Work, intership, GSA, and - oh, yeah - classes. It's been a bit much, but now I've figured out my schedule and am getting back into the swing of things, I should be back on more.*

Anyway, It's after 2 in the morning, and I should really be in bed, because I have class at 10. I was supposed to do laundry tonight, but somehow I never did. And by "somehow," I mean I spent ages online and listening to music and not cleaning my room, doing laundry, or finishing my reading for tomorrow. WHOOPS.

SO. To sum up: Not dead, just busy. AND SO VAIR VAIR SORRY.

Now: bedtime.

OMG I think I'm finally almost caught up on like six weeks' of fakenews_fanfic slashtasticness. YAY.

And my hands are sooo dry. Ugh, damn you, Wisconsin winter. Why can't I live someplace warmer? Or at least less dry?

OMG JOHN, WHY ARE YOU SO AMAZING/ADORABLE?

So I went with the GSA tonight to see Milk. It was purely amazing. I laughed, I got angry, I cried, I was uplifted. By the end we were all crying and wanted to go to a pride parade. Sean Penn was brilliant. Seriously. The whole cast was spot-on. I loved it. You must see it.

And now I really gotta go to bed. Tomorrow is going to be All Shakespeare, All Day. Possibly with free food and a massage at the "study jam" in my dorm.
